I had a fabulous lunch today..
5 star buffet it was..
I served too much..
I couldn't eat..
I left my plate as it is.. went out for a smoke..
Came back and had desert.. yummy...
Same story .. I served too much..
I'm sure this happens to many of us all the time.. no matter how big the sign is.. you still managed to read the text beside it...
Even though we know the stats of hunger.. we still manage to waste food..
Please prevent this.. If you are guilty as I am for doing so...

well genesis...i think its not only food...its everything in life, around us...we take soo much for granted that when we loose it we need to blame someone for it...
it's not just material but also feelings and love...we may not realize sometimes how much we loose out, because we take it for granted...
